happy birthday mylab.

the past two years have been a struggle for you, i know, but you’ve persevered. you really are so much different. i watch you all the time and i’ve noticed that you are far more confident and content now than when we first arrived in this strange land.

it took a lot to get to where you are now and i just want to tell you how proud i am of you.

you’ll do even better as we go along. you’ll thrive and you’ll make the people around you happy in the same way that you’ve made me happy. all they need to do is hear your unmistakable laugh and everything will be ok.

nag register na ako para sa rock and roll marathon sa san diego itong darating na june 1st. excited ako at takot at the same time. outside of kinky sex kasi, ngayon lang ako magiging involved sa isang extreme endeavor na kakailanganin ang aking physical capabilities.

masarap palang magtrabaho sa opisina ng walang underwear. pakiramdam ko kanina, para akong si britney spears na nag commando. huwag mag-alala, hindi ko naman pinakita ang short comings ko. nakalimutan ko lang mag baon ng boxers (oo virginia, baduy na kasi ang briefs) dahil sa pagmamadali kong umalis sa bahay. tumakbo kasi ako during lunch at nalaman ko lang na wala pala akong spare underwear ay nung tapos na akong mag shower.

ANG MABUTING BALITA AYON KAY SAN HUDAS: bumalik na sa pag blog si jet. mahigit isang taon din siyang nawala at hindi ko naman siya masisi. naging abala kasi siya sa trabaho at sa pag-asikaso sa akin. oo virginia, minsan kasi medyo high maintenance ako. ngayon, tenksgad, medyo ginanahan na ulit siyang magsulat. buti naman kasi di hamak na mas magaling siya kaysa sa akin.

mga ginawa ko ngayong taon para maging mas malusog:

  1. pumunta sa gym 3 times a week
  2. mag bisikleta papasok sa opisina
  3. tumakbo ng 5k every other day
  4. maging sex machine

kailangan kong gawin next year para madagdagan ang pogi points:

  1. i-finetune ang diet (ie, more fish less meat, more vegetables)
  2. ibaba pa ng 5 pounds ang timbang
  3. tumakbo pa ng mas mabilis para pag binato ako ng tsinelas ng misis ko ay makakailag ako.

my dream:

  • to run the rock and roll marathon – as god is my witness (habang naka pose na parang si scarlett o’hara). if i have to lie, steal, cheat or kill – i will run in san diego this coming june.

25th year na namin sa 2008, and most of us have been close friends for 37 years. una kaming nagkakilala nung 1971 when we first entered notre dame of manila as 5 year old uhugin kindergarten students. a lot of us went to college together and a few have even worked together at one time or another.
