  2. your very own self playing CD copy of the CT scan. iniisip ko, video ito ng dibdib ko (hopefully in color – there’s nothing like a technicolor version of your lungs). sana lagyan din nila ng background music para hindi naman boring panoorin.
  3. yung resulta ay ipapadala nila kay doctor mary. kung wala kang doctor, a cancer specialist will be provided for you.

balak kong gawin ito ng january or february. gusto ko lang mag improve ng odds of me growing old. masarap mabuhay at maraming umaasa sa akin kaya bawal magkasakit at bawal mamatay ng maaga. hopefully, maganda ang magiging resulta.

  1. uncle batjay idol!

matagal ko na rin na bali book mo, last year of dec. ata kaya pina abot ko na rin to sa mga kababayan ko na bisdak(bisayang daku).

good luck on your healthy lifestyle bro. sabi nga nila “eat good, stay fit and live bad longer.”

Seriously, how long has it been since you quit smoking? I hope you pass the LCEDP with flying colors. My father quit smoking when he was in his late 30s. Prior to that he smoked for about 20 years too, having started when he was in his late teens. Like you, he’s diabetic too pero he’s fine, lives a very active lifestyle and in less than a couple of weeks will be celebrating his 68th birthday.

I wish you the best. I’m sure you’ll do fine once you go through the test. You and Jet still have many happy and blessed years ahead of you. Take care.

  3. yes, bang-bang silver hammer on both knees.

4 years and counting since my last cigarette and thank you, i hope the test will show nothing. ang mommy ko rin, quit cold turkey over 20 years ago. she is now 83 years old and very healthy.

how can i quit smoking? i’ve asked that question since i was in my late 20s. nahinto ko lang nung malapit na akong mag 40 at kinailangan pang ma-ospital ako bago ako huminto.

bottom line, you need to say you’ll stop and then do it. mas effective sa akin ang cold turkey altough it was really very unpleasant.

getting off addictions always is hard.

  6. huwag mo nang hintayin ang balang araw. quit while you’re ahead. good luck.

  7. I was a smoker too but one day in november, 2006 I just woke up thinking I still want to be with my wife and children and grandchildren so I STOP smoking. It needs a strong will and reason to quit. Hope all the readers will find the strenght , will and reason to stop smoking not for health reason only but for their families. By the way I have not smoke since the day.

    Happy holidays to All!!!!
