25th year na namin sa 2008, and most of us have been close friends for 37 years. una kaming nagkakilala nung 1971 when we first entered notre dame of manila as 5 year old uhugin kindergarten students. a lot of us went to college together and a few have even worked together at one time or another.
all these years, from disco to bell bottom blues, marcos to edsa 86, rock to punk, radical makabayan to respectable corporate sellouts, we continue to see each other for birthdays. if there are no birthday’s, we just make up all kinds of excuses so that we could see each other and tell the same old stories over and over again.
it’s been a long great friendship and i love all these motherfuckers.

Yes sir. 🙂 Remember those PRADA days when our schools would meet sa Rizal Memorial at first, and then sa Loyola Center? Those days were fun, especially for you guys. Hahaha
oo kasi mas magaling kami sa basketball at mas malakas kaming mang alaska. hehehe.
Amen to that. Hahaha We were consistently outplayed and outcoached by you guys. Nakakahiya. Hahaha
Anyway, pagdating ng college, I met several Notre Dame guys sa ROTC platoon ko. Nakakatawa iyong platoon namin kasi more than two thirds of the platoon were Marist and Notre Dame alumni. Kaya alaskahan palagi. One Notre Dame guy’s last name was Lozada. Can’t remember his first name though. ROTC kasi eh. On a last name basis kami. 🙂

Damer din ako, batch ’86 had I not moved to Canada. I stumbled on your reunion pics and I realized na nag abot tayo sa Notre. 1st year kami and 4th year kayo. Batch mo ba sila Mike Silo? What about Dennis Milliena? A good friend of mine was Jingo Sandel, but I think he’s a year or two ahead of you. Nice pics. I’m also hoping to meet up with some of my old friends from Notre (at least those who are still alive and not in jail)…
