nagsalita na naman si pareng lance armstrong sa iPod ko dahil sa aking bagong all time best run:
Total Run: 2.23 miles
Total Time: 17’23
Pace: 7’47 per mileBest Mile: 7 minutes 39 seconds
hindi na masama para sa tulad kong isang 42 year old color blind ex-virgin na dati-rati’y isang supot.

not bad.
Magandang hapon Jay! You put me to shame! Ako, swerte na ‘ko if I can make 1.5 miles in 15 minutes (mabagal akong tumakbo)! I hate running anyway, kaya siguro hanggang ngayon hindi ko pa matanggal-tanggal ang last 10 pounds ng pregnancy weight ko—which I put on 6 years ago!
thank you tito pepe.
hi jay. good on yah mate! 🙂
i’ve been a fan of your site and it’s only now that i got the nerve to comment. i must say your stories are entertaining and interesting always.
i linked you up 🙂
best regards from down under,

g’day.
i’ve been a fan of australia for a long time now and i want to thank you for the greetings. i hope winter down under is pleasant for you and your family.

Take it easy on your 42-year old knees. If you get a chance, run on soft surface. Maraming running tracks sa mga eskwela accessible sa public. If cardio-workout is the goal, perhaps fast walking is a better alternative.
Nevertheless, those are mean numbers! CONGRATS!
lowering my blood sugar is the goal. i run on the ashpalt bike lanes of our city. we have running lanes in the park as well and i run there sometimes.
school tracks don’t do it for me. it’s too boring.
Kamusta na ang running record mo mylab? Wala bang update? 😀
over 200 miles na ako ngayon mylab. ang next milestone ata ay 500 miles. parang yung kanta. lab U!
