playing golf, preparing to run a marathon, spending time with jet. i’d like to paint more and i want to study plumbing.
basta magkaroon lang ng oras para mag enjoy sir, in between trabaho at pahinga.
find that one thing that I can do with such excellence that I will not be damned into chaos with every little surprise thrown my way…

Sir BatJay! I just read your book about what you are writing here in your blog. I enjoyed it. IDOL! A humble person with good sense of humor – yan si batjay. Reading that book ( as well as your blog ) inspired me to find a job abroad. Although wala talaga akong balak dati mangibayong dagat. Sa mga kwento mo, parang naisip ko na rin yung future. Kaya dapat na magsikap habang maaga.. hehehe.. Galing!

speaking og working abroad after graduation..iniisip ko if worth na magtrabaho dito when you pay taxes for the few (i.e.government) to spend for their luxuries when you can’t afford to give your family the necessities..bad trip!!
That got to be my routine too for quite a number of years and you’re right, life does pass by one’s window without one noticing it. What I do is that I designate certain days where I just take my mind off the routine and focus instead on other things I love doing. All work and no play dulls us.
napansin ko nga na kailangan mong i-schedule ang play time mo rito if you want to add some fun in your life.
personally, i’d work in the philippines for a while first to hone my skills and to give back to the country a few years of service. she deserves it.
actually, maganda talaga ang mundo 🙂 Hindi naman kailangan hanapin ang ating mga kaligayahan. nasa loobin naman talaga natin iyan. alam natin kung saan tayo maligaya maski sabihin ng iba ay dapat dito o diyan ang kaligayahan mo. madalas puro hype lang sila. sa palagay ko the search for balance ang madalas nangyayari sa mga buhay-buhay natin.

No it’s not futile, Batjay. If there is a God and he is not silent, and indeed he has revealed himself through creation, conscience and Christ, then it is possible for us to know for sure we’re going to heaven. Jesus said, “He who hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life. He does not come into judgment but has passed from death to life. The apostle John said, “These things are written that you may know you have eternal life. And this life is in his Son. He who has the Son has life. He who does not have the Son doesnot have live.”
jesus also says – “Do you suppose that I came to grant peace on earth? I tell you, no, but rather division; for from now on five members in one household will be divided, three against two and two against three…”
The verses you quoted illustrate the harsher truths of God’s kingdom: not everyone will respond to the good news. Hearts full of prejudice, hate and pride will resist Christ’s offer of peace. Because many will reject it, the message will divide people and families and nations. You have to count the cost, Batjay. Will you have God’s peace knowing your sins are forgiven and you have a place in heaven prepared for you, or would you rather have the illusive peace that the world offers?
And the LORD was sorry that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him to his heart. So the LORD said,
Ah, basta ako, I reject religions that set rules and delegate you to eternal damnation if you don’t obey. I rebuff beliefs that curtail reasoning and self-expression. I refuse to believe anything that is not governed by the physical law.
Fulfill all your “needs” but moderate all your “wants”. Enrich your mind and live by the golden rule. Material things are important if necessary but immaterial if in excess. That to me is how to live your life to the fullest.
